An incident is defined as a question relating to a specific, discrete issue and may involve several interactions with the Rockstor team prior to resolution. Separate support incidents must be purchased for assistance with multiple support issues.
More points of note:
- Incidents can be purchased in bundles of 2, 5 or 10. Save more with bigger bundles!
- Incidents are valid for one year from the date of purchase. For complex projects, professional services are available. Please contact email@example.com
- Support is provided using Phone, E-mail and Online collaboration tools as appropriate
- Response time is within one business day
- Rockstor team is available between 8am to 6pm Pacific time during weekdays excluding US holidays.
- Once you make the purchase, someone from Rockstor team will contact you to kick things off!
