Need a quick solution? Let the Rockstor team come to the rescue! Rockstor Incident-Based support subscription is a flexible pay-as-you-go offering for organizations of all sizes. 

An incident is defined as a question relating to a specific, discrete issue and may involve several interactions with the Rockstor team prior to resolution. Separate support incidents must be purchased for assistance with multiple support issues.

More points of note:

  1. Incidents can be purchased in bundles of 2, 5 or 10. Save more with bigger bundles!
  2. Incidents are valid for one year from the date of purchase. For complex projects, professional services are available. Please contact support@rockstor.com
  3. Support is provided using Phone, E-mail and Online collaboration tools as appropriate
  4. Response time is within one business day
  5. Rockstor team is available between 8am to 6pm Pacific time during weekdays excluding US holidays.
  6. Once you make the purchase, someone from Rockstor team will contact you to kick things off!
